This position is for a part-time Front Desk Agent who will be the first point of contact for guests checking in and out of the hotel. The role requires a professional individual with prior hotel experience who is capable of delivering a warm and friendly welcome to all guests. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for completing check-in and check-out procedures, accommodating special requests, and providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions. In addition to guest services, the Front Desk Agent will handle payment processing, including credit card authorization and cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and security. The role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly resolve any guest concerns or complaints. This position involves active engagement with guests via in-person interaction and telephone communication. The agent will also promote hotel marketing programs and assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned, contributing to overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
