The Lateral Recruiting Coordinator works closely with senior recruiting leadership, including the Managing Director of Growth, Director of Legal Recruiting, and Lateral Recruiting Manager to execute recruitment strategies efficiently. Responsibilities range from initiating lateral search efforts and managing job postings to tracking candidate progress and maintaining detailed records in applicant tracking systems. The position also involves processing fee agreements and invoices related to search firms, coordinating candidate interviews and travel logistics, drafting offer letters, conducting background checks, and assisting with diversity and retention initiatives. Additional duties include supporting special projects, assisting with legal employer surveys, managing reimbursements and budget reports, and planning recruiting events. This multifaceted role demands high organizational skills, confidentiality, and an understanding of the entire recruiting process within a legal or professional services context.
