This as-needed, seasonal, part-time, non-exempt position works alongside the Operations Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Staff members serve at high-profile venues such as the Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium, ForeverLawn Sports Complex, and the Center for Performance, providing essential services during events like the Armored MMA Championships and OHSAA State Football Finals. The role demands flexibility, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills, as employees perform tasks including ticket scanning, ushering, concessions, parking management, and guest services. These duties are vital in ensuring the smooth operation of events, contributing to the creation of legendary moments for fans and families. Event Staff members are expected to be proactive team players, capable of adapting to fast-paced environments and multiple responsibilities. Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds, working in diverse weather conditions, and safely navigating irregular terrain.
