The role of Event Coordinator at Michaels in Dayton-Miamisburg, Ohio, is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about creativity, event management, and customer service. This position focuses on planning, coordinating, and facilitating various events within the Michaels store, including children’s birthday parties and craft classes, designed to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests of all ages. The Event Coordinator is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting shoppers with product location and recommendations, and ensuring a fast, efficient checkout experience. Additionally, operational duties such as merchandise stocking, truck unloading, and maintaining store recovery standards are integral to this role, supporting the overall brand promises of Michaels.
