The Room Attendant role is an essential part of this dedicated team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout hotel rooms and public areas to meet company mandates. This role requires keen attention to detail to ensure rooms are fully stocked with clean linens, towels, soap, tissues, and other necessary amenities to provide guests with exceptional comfort and satisfaction. Beyond physical cleaning, the role includes following all safety and security protocols mandated by the hotel to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike. You will maintain an understanding of the hotel property, staff, services, and surrounding amenities such as nearby malls and restaurants to provide useful information to guests when needed. Additionally, the Room Attendant will be responsible for identifying and reporting any items left behind by guests, following the hotel’s lost and found procedure.
