This role is critical for maintaining high-quality, consistent trash collection services at apartment communities. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Lead Service Valet will take on a hands-on leadership role, supporting service coverage, quality control, and the development of the team. This position serves as a vital steppingstone toward becoming an Area Leader and plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The Lead Service Valet will act as the point of contact and primary leader when Area Leaders are off duty, taking charge of managing service routes and addressing any in-field issues promptly. This role requires a proactive individual capable of spotting operational trends, solving problems effectively, and maintaining service standards. The Lead Service Valet must balance reactive duties with strategic oversight, ensuring that service quality remains consistently high while supporting growth and operational efficiency. This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $21, with a flexible schedule that may vary depending on business needs, including weekend availability.
