The Community Concierge role at PeakMade Real Estate is a vital position designed to enhance the resident experience at a luxury Class A multifamily property with 555 apartment homes. This role serves as the crucial first point of contact for prospective residents, current residents, and vendors, making it integral in shaping positive impressions and fostering lasting relationships. The ideal candidate is expected to exhibit a high caliber of professionalism, problem-solving skills, and customer service acumen suited for a sophisticated residential community.
In this role, the Community Concierge will expertly manage package logistics using specialized software, ensuring efficient sorting, auditing, and distribution of residents' parcels. Responsibilities extend beyond package management to include assisting residents with lockouts, guest parking, conference room reservations, and other resident services. The Concierge also supports leasing activities by facilitating tours and setting up resident events, alongside managing hospitality amenities such as the hospitality bar and Maker Hall—a resident amenity space requiring oversight for proper use and maintenance.
Additionally, the Concierge plays a key role in vendor management, coordinating access and directions, while also supporting corporate partners with guest check-ins and key distribution. Emergency management forms a critical part of the duties, including prompt reporting and mitigating incidents such as water leaks. Administrative support tasks related to resident renewals, notices to vacate, move-ins, and move-outs demand attention to detail and proactive communication skills.
This position requires a customer-focused, communicative individual capable of multitasking and professional interaction. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer programs is essential, alongside maintaining a polished and professional appearance. The Community Concierge acts not only as a service provider but as an ambassador for the community values that PeakMade upholds, making this role indispensable for delivering an exceptional living experience and supporting the operational success of the property.
