The role of a Parking Guest Attendant (PGA) at The Parking Spot is critical in ensuring guests receive the highest level of service throughout their parking experience. PGAs are the frontline ambassadors of the company, responsible for greeting guests, assisting during check-in and check-out, and providing support with technology and payment processes. The schedule typically involves working Monday through Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, providing consistency and predictable hours.
