This position is full-time equivalent (0.9 FTE) with day shifts from 8am to 8pm, working three 12-hour shifts each week. The role features attractive earning potential beyond the base hourly rate, including up to a $7,500 sign-on incentive for new and experienced external candidates. Additional pay incentives include premiums for Indigo brand commitment, X-Ray certification, weekend differentials, extra shifts, float incentives, and a monthly Indigo Incentive Program with payouts up to $300 per month. As a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant, you will collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, front-office personnel, and clinic management to foster excellent patient care outcomes. Within the scope of your MA-C license, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clinical tasks, integrating specialized knowledge, protocols, and resources to support comprehensive patient care. This role emphasizes advocacy for ethical, holistic patient care that respects autonomy, dignity, and diversity, creating safe and supportive environments for all patients.   • Possess Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license or Idaho CMA certification by AAMA, NHA or NCCT
  • Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain through training
  • Minimum one year experience in physician’s office or medical facility preferred
  • Exceptions considered for externship or residency candidates with active or pending MA-R certification
  • License to be obtained within 45 days of hire if not already held
  • Adherence to Indigo’s policies and standards
