The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all workspaces, conference rooms, kitchens, and courtyards uphold UTA's high standards of cleanliness and orderliness, contributing directly to the agency's esteemed reputation. The Housekeeper will play a crucial role in the daily operations by managing routine cleaning tasks and implementing detailed cleaning protocols tailored to conference rooms and pantries. Responsibilities include high-volume setup and breakdown of office and conference meetings, weekly deep cleaning of fixtures, upkeep of equipment and materials in sanitary condition, and ensuring pantry supplies are adequately stocked according to the specific preferences of agents and executives. Moreover, the housekeeper must be responsive to immediate housekeeping issues such as spills or damaged items to maintain a safe and pleasant office atmosphere. This position requires a proactive individual who is capable of working independently without compromising quality, demonstrating excellent prioritization and time management skills.
