The Stand Manager at 7 Brew plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of their designated location. This full-time position carries the responsibility of leading a dedicated team to achieve growth and profitability while preserving the brand's mission and values. Starting with a base pay of $52,000 annually, the Stand Manager also participates in a quarterly bonus program that rewards outstanding performance and contribution to operational goals. Reporting directly to the District Manager, the Stand Manager assumes comprehensive control over daily operations including staff coaching, scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining high standards for service and cleanliness. In this role, the Stand Manager leads not only by managing operational details but also by inspiring their crew and fostering a supportive workplace culture. They are responsible for hiring, conducting disciplinary actions, and developing team members into future leaders. A strong focus is placed on health and safety compliance, efficient resource utilization, and ensuring customer wait times are minimized while service quality is maximized. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on leader and an effective administrator, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrates a passion for coffee and community.
