The Line Cook role at Eggs Up Grill is an integral position within the kitchen team, responsible for executing menu items efficiently and maintaining the quality standards the brand is known for. The position involves working collaboratively at any of five designated kitchen stations, coupled with ingredient preparation tasks to ensure a smooth operation throughout service hours, which run from 6:00am to 2:00pm. This role demands a strong understanding of food safety and ServSafe regulations, and the individual must consistently adhere to these protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for customers. The ideal Line Cook thrives in fast-paced situations, stays calm under pressure, and contributes positively to team dynamics by assisting colleagues and kitchen management wherever possible. Additionally, flexibility is valued, as the role may require stepping into multiple kitchen responsibilities, including dishwashing duties during busy periods. • Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef or prep cook
