We are currently hiring a Seasonal Fleet Traffic Control Specialist for our Nashville Sort Center (Hub) located at 2500 Marty Robbins Dr., Bldg 10, Lebanon, TN 37090. This role is a seasonal position that offers an hourly wage of $21.00 and operates on a Thursday through Sunday schedule from 10:00am to 7:00pm, with shifts subject to change based on business needs. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and possess a strong sense of empathy and desire to assist others.
As a Seasonal Fleet Traffic Control Specialist, you will be integral to maintaining smooth fleet operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the broader logistics team. You will be responsible for managing fleet maintenance records, processing invoices, following up on vehicle maintenance, and maintaining a safe work environment. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively engage with vendors, facility personnel, and internal teams. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring all fleet-related administrative duties are handled accurately and on time.
The position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in common business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. A minimum of two years of administrative or clerical experience is required, preferably with fleet management experience. A high school diploma is also a must-have. The job entails managing confidential information responsibly and requires effective problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to follow instructions and handle standardized procedures independently.
