Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Communications, the staff member will take a pivotal role in capturing and sharing school activities and events, maintaining social media platforms, managing newsletters, and coordinating school-wide events. The role demands proficiency in photography, graphic design, public relations, and project management, combined with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Additional responsibilities include managing the school website and shared calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts, developing event themes and promotional materials, and handling vendor coordination for various activities. The individual will be expected to work flexible hours to accommodate the diverse needs of school events and district special occasions. The position also includes the design of visuals and branded content, with graphic design certification expected by November, emphasizing the organization's commitment to creativity and professional growth.
