This key role involves supporting the Housekeeping Department by maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel and restaurant outlets, performing deep cleaning assignments, and assisting with guest and associate requests by delivering needed items such as toiletries, extra beds, and pillows. The Overnight House Person also handles specialized cleaning tasks, including shampooing carpets and fabrics, ensuring all assigned areas such as corridors, service areas, restaurant outlets, and elevator landings meet the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and appearance. A vital component of the role includes maintaining a professional appearance and upholding safety and security standards by reporting any maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly.
