Servers are responsible for presenting menus, answering questions about the cuisine and services offered, taking accurate food and drink orders, and delivering them promptly to members. Beyond order fulfillment, Servers maintain the cleanliness and order of the dining areas, ensuring all surfaces are clean and seating arrangements are neat and organized. This position demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service, as servers also handle billing and payment processing efficiently. This hourly role starts at $16.00 per hour with potential earnings up to $19.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. • 1+ year of experience working in a restaurant with a fast casual or full service experience
• servsafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire
• cpr/aed certification required within the first 30 days of hire
• ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
• ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
