The role available at Conservatory Alden Bridge is for a Concierge, an integral position that serves as the welcoming face of the community. The Concierge’s primary responsibility is to create a warm and inviting atmosphere by greeting residents, guests, and employees, and managing telephone communications effectively. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. As a Concierge, the employee will be responsible for handling external and internal calls, providing accurate information, managing messages, and assisting with various administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the community.

                - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
 - one to three years customer service experience and/or training
 - or equivalent combination of education and experience
