As the initial point of contact when residents return home, the Resident Concierge embodies warmth and attentiveness, personalizing interactions and ensuring everyone feels welcome. Specifically, the Overnight Concierge works the 11pm to 7am shift Monday through Friday, ensuring residents receive timely and thoughtful assistance during overnight hours. Event planning is another key component, where the Concierge executes engaging activities designed to foster a sense of community among residents. Bozzuto offers this position with a salary range of $43,075 to $44,290 USD and additional bonus opportunities.
