As a Sales Executive Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring less experienced Sales Executives, helping them improve their sales techniques, strategies, and presentations. Your day-to-day duties will involve answering questions from property owners regarding the use of their properties and local amenities, making personalized recommendations, and ensuring the sales process is handled professionally and efficiently. You will adhere to the Consultative Sales Process, which emphasizes understanding the client’s needs to offer tailored solutions and experiences. Completing and closing sales contracts, including ensuring that all required paperwork is properly signed and notarized, is a critical part of this role. Beyond your sales leadership responsibilities, you will contribute to the overall guest experience by welcoming and greeting guests warmly, anticipating and addressing their needs, and interacting professionally with colleagues and guests alike.
