The Concierge role at Provincial Senior Living is a vital front-line position responsible for building warm, positive first impressions by greeting guests, residents, and team members with professionalism and care. This position plays a critical part in managing communications within the community, both over the phone and in person. The Concierge will handle external and internal calls, take complete and accurate messages, and provide general information to guests and residents as needed. In addition to reception duties, this role includes administrative support tasks such as maintaining updated resident phone lists, processing mail, coordinating appointments for residents and families, and assisting Dining staff with meal tickets. The Concierge is essential in ensuring the lobby and entry areas remain organized and welcoming, contributing to a smooth daily operation and fostering a high standard of service.
