The role of Outside Server at Invited is a critical part of delivering the exceptional food and beverage service that the company is known for. The Outside Server focuses on the three steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells, which are essential to creating memorable dining experiences. Working under the supervision of the F&B Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager, the Server 1 plays a vital role in supporting the overall operations of the dining area. This position is not a leadership role but requires a collaborative spirit to ensure a seamless dining experience, helping to maintain member satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include providing food and beverage service efficiently, knowing the menu in detail, greeting members personally, handling complaints with service recovery techniques, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area. The Server 1 may also be expected to assist teammates, follow all company and club policies, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times. Physical demands of the role include the ability to stand, walk, and perform various physical activities for extended periods, as well as lifting and carrying up to 100 pounds occasionally. The job also demands excellent communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to personal and professional growth through training and certification. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
• current food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city regulations preferred
• completion of Invited's F&B service training program preferred
• ability to stand walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
• ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with exposure to dust fumes or gases
• capable of climbing squats kneeling reaching grasping twisting bending and folding as required
• able to lift carry push and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
• effective communication skills including talking hearing and visual acuity
