We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Sales Representative to join our non-medical in-home caregiving team. This role is integral to our growth and community presence as it focuses on building strong relationships with referral partners and families, generating new client referrals, and increasing client enrollment for our home care services. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and sales skills combined with a genuine passion for supporting seniors and their families. They will be responsible for outreach visits, presentations, and customer engagement that educate the community about our unique offerings.
The Sales Representative will engage with various community partners such as hospitals, senior centers, and rehabilitation facilities to foster trust and expand the agency's visibility locally. They will manage the sales process from initial inquiry to service initiation, ensuring clear communication and accurate documentation throughout. A key part of the role includes achieving sales and referral targets that drive the agency’s business goals. Additionally, the representative will support marketing efforts through creating and distributing promotional materials, maintaining comprehensive databases, and collaborating with leadership on marketing strategies tailored to local demographics.
This position requires regular travel within Mississippi to conduct in-person visits, outreach, and attend community events like health fairs and networking meetings. Internal collaboration is also essential, as the Sales Representative will work with care coordinators, registered nurses, and administrators to guarantee smooth client onboarding and share insights for business development planning. This dynamic role blends sales acumen, community engagement, and a service-oriented mindset to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families while contributing to the agency’s sustainable growth.
                - High school diploma or equivalent required
 - Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or business preferred
 - Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
