The position is based in Seattle-Tacoma International Airport’s AMEX Centurion Lounge, where the ambassador will represent the Oura Ring brand during the holiday season from December 2nd to 15th, working 25 to 35 hours per week. This role is crucial in delivering a high-touch brand experience aimed at engaging premium travelers through meaningful conversations, product trials, and facilitating online purchases. Ambassadors will educate guests about the ring's cutting-edge features and benefits, assisting them with trying on the ring and guiding them through the purchase process on the AMEX member site. In addition to customer interaction, ambassadors are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized display area that reflects the brand’s premium image. Capturing daily activity insights and providing feedback will help optimize future marketing activations, ensuring that BDS and Oura Ring continue to innovate and improve their customer engagement strategies. The Brand Ambassador role is well-compensated, offering an hourly wage between USD 23.00 and USD 25.00, with competitive weekly pay plus incentive opportunities.
