The role of the Airline Passenger Assistant, commonly known as the Wheelchair Agent, is a vital component of passenger service operations at airports. This position focuses on assisting passengers who require wheelchair support, ensuring their safe and comfortable transportation within the airport premises. The job is highly customer service-oriented, and representatives in this role have the unique opportunity to augment their earnings through customary tipping, with some agents earning an additional $25 to $100 weekly based on the quality of service provided. This position is ideal for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce, requiring minimal prior experience or formal education.
