The position available is for a Pastry Cook who will play a critical role in the culinary team by preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, chocolates, and other sweet items for the resort’s various dining outlets, banquets, and guest amenities. The Pastry Cook will be responsible for ensuring all food is produced and stored in compliance with health department standards and that all dishes meet the resort’s strict quality and consistency guidelines. Candidates must be capable of understanding and maintaining standardized recipes, managing food supplies timely to avoid service interruptions, and supporting food and beverage portion and waste control procedures. The role demands excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and delegate work effectively, and the ability to work cohesively within the culinary team. The candidate must maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, meeting production schedules and timelines without compromising the artistic and creative aspects of pastry preparation. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous pastry or baking experience preferred
