This part-time role involves essential physical cleaning duties, including sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and the set-up and tear-down of equipment and furniture crucial for the success of events held at the venue. The position offers an hourly wage of $12.00 to $13.00 and includes benefits such as access to a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions for part-time employees. Beyond cleaning, the custodial team supports event operations through the handling and arrangement of furniture such as chairs, tables, risers, and staging, as well as ensuring the venue is presented in a polished and welcoming state. Employees will be trained to operate the necessary cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, contributing to a professional and optimized work environment.
