As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for supervising Department Managers and their teams to maintain high standards in service and safety. The role involves coaching and developing staff, driving engagement, enforcing operating standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction. A major part of the position includes financial oversight such as budgeting, forecasting, and controlling sales and expenses to maximize profitability. You will be expected to leverage business metrics to guide decision-making and cultivate strong relationships with community leaders and organizations to enhance Topgolf's presence and reputation.   • 15+ years of restaurant, hotel or golf course management experience with at least 1 recent year as an assistant general manager or general manager with a restaurant, hotel, or golf environment
  • multi-unit management experience is desired but not required
