We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled line cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role requires an individual with a strong culinary background, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen environment. The line cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, setting up cooking stations, and cooking menu items according to the head chef or kitchen manager's directions. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient service, maintaining food quality standards, and upholding cleanliness and safety within the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, possess excellent cooking techniques, and be able to collaborate effectively with fellow kitchen staff members. Additionally, this role demands flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, along with the physical stamina to manage the demanding pace of a busy kitchen.
