The Operations Manager role at Sky Zone is a full-time, onsite position reporting directly to the General Manager. This exempt role offers a competitive annual salary of $68,640 plus additional bonus opportunities, reflecting the minimum exempt salary threshold in California. The compensation package also includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401k plan with company matching, subject to eligibility based on age and tenure. The Operations Manager serves as a critical leader who supports and guides the frontline team to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational excellence. This individual supervises team leads and frontline team members, providing real-time coaching, fostering accountability, and maintaining high energy and care on every shift. The role requires hands-on leadership to manage shift flow, scheduling, and labor strategy while adapting swiftly to the dynamic park environment.
