The Operations Manager role at Sky Zone is a full-time, onsite position reporting directly to the General Manager. This exempt role offers a competitive annual salary of $68,640 plus additional bonus opportunities, reflecting the minimum exempt salary threshold in California. The Operations Manager serves as a critical leader who supports and guides the frontline team to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational excellence.
