This role is within Pepsi Beverages United States (PBUS), the beverage manufacturing, sales, and distribution unit of PepsiCo in the US, specifically part of the North America Beverage organization. The position of Delivery Team Lead is a critical leadership role responsible for managing frontline employees involved in the delivery and distribution of PepsiCo products to key customers. The Delivery Team Lead oversees a team of full-time CDL-certified delivery drivers, ensuring that order deliveries are executed efficiently within designated store delivery windows in a demanding direct store delivery environment. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to harmonize the needs of customers, sales representatives, and warehouse operations. As a Delivery Team Lead at PepsiCo, you will be charged with coaching and developing your team to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, driving safety compliance, conducting team meetings and training, and maintaining a keen focus on process improvements to increase delivery efficiency. This role offers a competitive salary range from $59,400 to $92,600, with bonus opportunities based on performance, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. The working schedule requires flexibility with shifts from Wednesday through Sunday, and a readiness to respond to early mornings, evenings, and weekend demands. • A minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred and/or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Working schedule Wednesday through Sunday
• Must have a Class A, CDL certified
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Safe driving record strongly preferred
