The role of Oncology Concierge Technician is a full-time position based in Houston, TX, with the added flexibility of remote work options. Starting at $24.00 per hour with potential for higher wages, this position plays a vital role in supporting pharmacists and the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. Working primarily Monday through Friday, shifts typically run from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM CST, with some shifts occasionally including Saturdays. The Oncology Concierge Technician is responsible for assisting with dispensing specialty oncology medications, responding to patient and provider inquiries with first-call resolution, coordinating medication deliveries, collecting co-payments, and ensuring strict compliance with pharmacy regulations and manufacturer programs. This role requires a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. • 1+ years of pharmacy experience
• Registration with Board of Pharmacy as required by state law
