We are currently looking for a PRN Concierge to join our team in both our Assisted Living and Independent Living communities. This role is designed to be flexible, working on an as-needed basis, allowing for a balance that suits various lifestyle needs. The Concierge position is vital as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and employees; hence, it carries the important responsibility of creating a welcoming and organized environment. The Concierge will perform a variety of duties including greeting visitors, managing telephone calls, taking accurate messages, and providing general information. Additional responsibilities include preparing meal tickets, updating resident information logs, organizing mail distribution, and coordinating appointments for residents. The role requires maintaining an orderly front desk and entry area, supporting daily operational tasks, and adhering to company policies. This position is well suited for an individual who enjoys engaging with people, is detail-oriented, and is capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
