As an On-Call Banquet Bartender at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, you will be an integral part of the guest experience, tasked with providing warm, friendly, and attentive service to create a memorable food and beverage service for all attendees. This role requires you to step into a fast-paced environment where your ability to craft high-quality beverages, maintain an organized bar area, and engage guests with genuine hospitality will directly contribute to the company’s mission to "Lead with Love." It is also crucial to monitor and manage guests’ alcohol consumption responsibly, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies as well as state and local laws. Maintaining a neat bar area by cleaning and organizing utensils, glasses, napkins, coasters, and garnishes is essential to providing an inviting environment. • Must be at least 21 years of age
• Have a bartender's license to work in this position
• Completion of alcohol awareness or safety class as required by state or local law
• State-certified proper food handling certification
• Prior experience in a restaurant or bartender role in a full-service environment
