We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Server to join our dedicated team at Sullivan. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and pleasant dining experience for our members and their guests. The Food & Beverage Server will work closely with the Clubhouse Manager and Golf Professional on duty, acting as a direct representative of the club's hospitality standards. We desire candidates who bring a friendly demeanor and an excellent work ethic, paired with keen attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills. In this position, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a well-organized and clean service environment. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as there may be a need to work varying hours including weekends and additional shifts when required. A key aspect of this role is to ensure every guest feels valued and receives attentive, timely service throughout their visit. Additionally, servers at Sullivan must uphold strict grooming and dress codes to represent the club with professionalism. Successful candidates will be highly self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, yet possess the interpersonal skills necessary to interact positively with guests and team members. Maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations related to food and beverage service, including age verification for alcohol consumption, is a critical responsibility. This role requires the ability to stay composed in a moderately busy environment, often standing for extended periods, and contributing actively to a positive work atmosphere.
