The Omni Royal Orleans is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lobby Bar Manager to join its team and contribute to the continued success and legacy of the hotel. This role is centered around managing the newly introduced Royal Lobby Bar, a key feature of the recent renovation that enhances the hotel’s tradition of sophistication while providing guests with an elevated and refreshing experience. The Lobby Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar's operation, including beverage menu development, staff training and supervision, inventory control, and guest satisfaction. This position requires a thorough knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail menus, along with the ability to collaborate closely with the culinary team to design seasonal and innovative beverage programs. The manager will also lead the bar team by conducting regular meetings, coaching employees on service excellence, and ensuring adherence to operational standards and responsible service policies.
In addition to managing daily bar floor activities, the Lobby Bar Manager will play a key role in scheduling and payroll preparation while participating in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.
