This full-time dayshift role as a Culinary Consultant at AdventHealth Minneola focuses on promoting healthy, nutritious, and vegetarian cuisine that aligns with the AdventHealth philosophy of CREATION Health and The Healthy 100 Programs. As a key culinary ambassador, the individual in this role acts as the face of AdventHealth’s nutritional services both internally and externally, representing the organization in community engagements and media outreach. Responsibilities include developing inventive, health-focused recipes, conducting culinary demonstrations, coordinating promotional events, and collaborating with dietitians, vendors, and culinary professionals to elevate patient, staff, and customer satisfaction. This position requires a blend of culinary expertise, creativity, and excellent communication skills to effectively teach, train, and inspire kitchen staff and partners across the system. The Culinary Consultant will play a critical role in enhancing food presentation, quality, and service delivery while ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards.   • Five years management experience
  • Five years experience in catering management or food production management
