We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Property Attendant to join our team at our Lenexa location. This role is crucial for ensuring the property remains in excellent condition and guests experience a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be a committed team player capable of handling a variety of responsibilities across maintenance, housekeeping preparation, and guest services. This position is unique in that it includes living onsite, providing overnight coverage to manage any issues that arise after hours. Compensation ranges from $17.25 to $19.25 per hour depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
The Property Attendant will be responsible for conducting general preventative maintenance, maintaining public areas, prepping rooms for housekeepers, and assisting with laundry duties. The role demands hands-on involvement in day-to-day property management and requires someone flexible and dependable enough to manage the demands of multi-tasking in a dynamic environment. This position not only requires technical skills related to light electrical and plumbing work but also demands excellent customer service abilities to support guests checking in and out during after-hours.
In addition to maintenance and guest services, the Property Attendant will be responsible for inventory control of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring all items are available and in proper condition to prevent service interruptions. The role involves enforcing emergency procedures and security standards to protect guests and the property.
