This position, Supervisor of Heavy Maintenance Planning, plays a critical role in the operational success of PSA Airlines by ensuring the efficient execution of the aircraft maintenance program. The supervisor leads the Heavy Maintenance Planning group under the direction of the Manager while overseeing task performance and completion in a manner that supports the airline's safety and operational goals. Heavy maintenance planning is essential to maintaining the airline’s fleet in optimal condition, facilitating seamless aircraft inductions and retirements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage the training and development of the planning team, coordination across multiple departments, and the maintenance of technical manuals and procedural guidelines. The supervisor will also utilize approved optimization software to implement and refine current and long-term maintenance plans.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in maintenance planning
  • Proven experience in aircraft maintenance with a working knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs
  • Working knowledge of aircraft inspections and maintenance programs
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office programs
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • If hired, must be able to obtain a valid passport
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
