The position available is for a Valet Attendant, a vital role that represents the hotel's commitment to exceptional guest service right from the moment guests arrive. The valet attendant is responsible for greeting customers with the highest standards of hospitality and ensuring a seamless parking service. Duties include handling guest vehicles with the utmost care, assisting with luggage, and providing transportation within the company vehicle when necessary. The role demands a keen awareness of safety, efficiency in vehicle management, and the ability to maintain a professional, courteous demeanor while interacting with guests. The valet attends to two different valet stations and is expected to respond promptly to multiple patrons throughout shifts. • Must be 21 years or older
• Must maintain a valid driver's license
• Clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in 2 years
• Must pass annual motor vehicle record screening
• Able to exert physical effort lifting at least 50 pounds
• Ability to push or pull carts and equipment up to 250 pounds
• Ability to stand and be mobile for up to 4 hours continuously
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable wearing closed-toe, non-skid shoes
• Previous experience in valet or customer service preferred
