The OSA/Day Porter role is a multifaceted position responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained office environment. Reporting directly to the Purchasing and Facilities Manager, the individual in this role will handle a variety of janitorial duties, mail distribution, supply stocking, and logistical tasks including pick-ups and deliveries using a company vehicle. This position plays a critical liaison role in supporting office operations, managing catered and after-hours events, and stepping in as back-up support across multiple departments.
This full-time position requires an individual who is not only reliable and detail-oriented but also possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The OSA/Day Porter is entrusted with setting up conference rooms, maintaining cleanliness in employee areas, handling sensitive mail operations, and managing deliveries and errands that extend beyond the office, such as trips to law firms, insurance companies, and government offices. Driving either a company or personal vehicle is a requirement for this role and involves varied frequency. Success in this role depends on the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and teamwork.

- 1-3 years of janitorial experience
- valid driver's license
