  • Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality management, airport administration or a related field
  • Five years of professional experience leading and managing food and beverage operations
  • In lieu of a degree, nine years of experience leading and managing food and beverage operations
  • Experience analyzing financial performance reports
  • Ability to exercise independence and initiative in project administration
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong business sense and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience conducting formal presentations
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle for commuting
  • Experience writing and managing lease agreements preferred
  • Experience in food and beverage concept development preferred
