These events include high-profile drawings, slot tournaments, table games promotions, invitational gatherings, gift giveaways, and off-site community events. The coordinator plays an essential part in ensuring that these promotions run smoothly, adhere to gaming regulations, and align with the casino's brand standards. Beyond event logistics, the Promotions and Events Coordinator is also a vibrant ambassador on the gaming floor, often serving as an emcee for large-scale events that may be broadcasted across various digital media platforms such as social media and YouTube. • High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one year working in guest service, promotions or special events
• Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates ability to perform job duties
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high profile, 24/7 work environment
• Confident, friendly, engaging and approachable personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing
