The position available at the ABSMC-Summit Campus is a Food Production administrative leadership role focused on managing and overseeing food production operations within the healthcare setting. This full-time, exempt role requires a dynamic leader who will provide administrative oversight to one or more food production teams, ensuring the delivery of quality food services that meet both customer and employee satisfaction standards. The position aligns daily operations with strategic plans developed in collaboration with senior leadership, with the goal of optimizing resources, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
The leader in this role is tasked with establishing goals, standards, and practices that support operational initiatives and promote a safe, productive work environment. They work closely with food service staff, other department leaders, and external partners to improve processes, address operational challenges, and ensure that the department adheres to all policies and standards. Their responsibilities include financial management such as setting operating and capital budgets, monitoring productivity, and ensuring fiscal accountability.
