The Shift Manager plays a critical role within the Corporate Field Operations team at Checkers & Rally's, working closely with the General Manager to manage successful shifts in the restaurant. This position is designed to drive sales and profit goals by efficiently overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. The Shift Manager acts as an ambassador of the brand by promoting guest satisfaction and maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for both guests and employees. This role is pivotal in training team members on company operations, ensuring high standards of service, and promptly addressing any concerns or complaints that arise during shifts. The Shift Manager also supports the General Manager by escalating important feedback and helping implement improvements for operational excellence.
