Blue Ribbon Restaurants is looking to expand its dedicated team in the Detroit market by hiring a Famous Manager. This leadership role is crucial for overseeing and directing all aspects of restaurant operations across several locations including Westland, Novi, Taylor, and Roseville. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, maintaining the highest food quality standards, and upholding the company’s overarching commitment to excellence. As a Famous Manager, you will set the tone for each shift, inspiring your team to create memorable, enjoyable experiences for every guest. We are seeking energetic, fun-loving, and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a bustling and vibrant environment. Our ideal manager is not only a leader but also a coach, mentor, and trainer who helps mold the team and drive performance. This position requires hands-on involvement, from stepping in during busy service hours to leading by example with a strong work ethic and passion for being the best in the casual dining field. The role offers excellent opportunities for career growth backed by a comprehensive management training program. This six-week active, hands-on curriculum takes place in a local restaurant under the guidance of an experienced training team, equipping you with the skills to succeed and advance within the company.
