We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead one of our restaurants with passion, inspiration, and operational excellence. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced, collaborative, and dynamic professional who is energized by creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining the highest operational standards. As the General Manager, you will manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, training, performance management, and financial oversight, ensuring that the restaurant meets or exceeds company standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness. This role requires a hands-on leader who leads by example and fosters a positive and respectful team environment, motivating and coaching managers and team members to perform at their best. You will be responsible for implementing company initiatives, managing the restaurant P&L, controlling labor and food costs, and driving sales growth through excellent guest service and local marketing efforts. The ability to analyze reports, identify trends, and make corrective actions is essential to maintaining operational excellence.
