  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and ensure compliance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with union staff is preferred
