The role of Valet Attendant at The National is critical to delivering the quality guest service expected at such a high-end property. The Valet Attendant will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and departure, parking guest vehicles securely and efficiently, assisting with luggage, and providing transportation in the company vehicle. This role demands a courteous and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. The valet team operates across two station locations within the property and must work quickly while maintaining safety to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience.
This position is physically demanding and requires standing and moving frequently throughout shifts, as well as the ability to lift and move heavy items and run short distances multiple times per day. The Valet Attendant must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be comfortable driving different types of vehicles, including potentially stick-shift transmissions. Experience in customer service or valet operations is preferred, as is thorough knowledge of the local area and routes.

- Must be 21 or older
- Clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in 2 years
- Pass annual motor vehicle record screening
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Able to push/pull equipment up to 250 pounds
- Able to stand and move continuously for up to 4 hours
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable, closed-toe, non-skid shoes required
- Ability to run up to 500 yards multiple times daily
- Willingness to work flexible shifts at two different valet stations
