The role of Fixture Installation & Merchandising Specialist at Upstate Construction and Development Services is an overnight position designed for candidates who have a passion for construction and retail merchandising. The position demands active participation in teams that travel to multiple retail locations across the US, handling diverse assignments such as dismantling, assembling, and placing retail fixtures including pallet racking and gondolas. Employees in this role will be expected to comprehend blueprints and plan-o-grams for accurate arrangement and placement of store products. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds, and endure prolonged standing, bending, and walking during shifts. Travel is a core feature of this job, requiring readiness to work evenings, weekends, and extended periods out of town as per project requirements.
This position offers an attractive starting wage of $19 per hour for crew members and $20 per hour for crew leads, both with a 90-day salary review.
