The role of Housekeeping Houseperson at Montage International is a vital position within the housekeeping team, supporting the cleanliness and organization of the entire hotel property. This role works closely with Room Attendants to ensure that guest areas, back-of-house spaces, and communal areas are impeccably maintained. The Houseperson is responsible for handling a variety of tasks ranging from waste removal and linen distribution to maintaining storage areas and ensuring the overall tidiness of the hotel’s corridors and facilities. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to seamlessly support the housekeeping operations that contribute to the overall guest experience. Candidates in this role will be expected to exhibit physical stamina, as the duties involve standing for extended periods, pushing and pulling heavy carts, and lifting substantial weights regularly. - Must be able to stand and exert well-placed mobility for up to 7 hours in length
- must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs on a regular and continuing basis
